MBT Forex with NT7

Hi, I have a couple of questions regarding MBT forex with NT7.

- Can I use NT7 for charting using MBT data but execute trade via MBT platform?
- With a Direct Live license, can I execute trades through NT7?

Unfortunately you cannot log into MBT Client and MBT via NinjaTrader at the same time.

Direct live license is provided by your broker. Unfortunately MBT does not provides a Direct live license key. You have to purchase a standard license key in order to place live orders to your brokers account.

Regarding the ability to log into MBT Desktop and NinjaTrader at the same time, this is possible provided you have two separate login IDs with MBT. You can contact MBT support and they will help you set up additional login IDs for your account access. Then you can manage which login IDs can access which accounts.

I have three login IDs and use one for NT, one for MBT Desktop, and another for running round-the-clock strategies on my virtual server (hosted in a data center off site). All my IDs can access all of my FX accounts, including demo accounts, and read-only access to MT4 accounts.

One caveat to note is that for each login that has access to equities or futures data, they will charge you a monthly data fee. You can have many FX login IDs and they won't charge you anything extra, as FX data is free of charge.
