i excluded the program files/ninjatrader7 folder and tried to connect to kinetic
still same error
any other locations to exclude?

You can exclude files and folders in Microsoft's Security Essentials as follows.
Open Microsoft Security Essentials, click the Settings tab and select Excluded files & locations. Subsequently use the Add button to select files, folders, or drives.

Unable to read server IP addresses
Hi
I can not connect to kinetic anymore this afternoon:
Login failed : Unable to read server IP addresses :
What that it means ?
It works fine for me in the morning, but it suddenly disconnect in the afternoon and i cannot connect back to kinetick. It works fine for other server like FXCM.
Are there any solutions and things that can avoid this problem again?
