Do you perhaps have a different computer/internet connection available you can test?
ok seems it is a router issue - one router is not giving access - another router works fine...
    thanks

Do you have any firewall/anti-virus software running that interferes with NinjaTrader. Do you notice any consistencies between the occurrences?

Could it be a corporate firewall causes the disconnection?

Kinetick uses the following addresses and port to establish a connection.

    *.interquote.com
    *.7ticks.com
    Port 31654
    Port 60020

Make sure these are not blocked/interfered on your computer or network.
Thanks - I see I do have Microsoft Security Essentials running firewall. Where/How do I allow for full connection with NT? Thanks

    Hello,

Your internet service provider should be able to clarify any internal restrictions of their network or of any device which they provided to you.

I am having the same issue - generally I can get on during the day but in the evening I get the error, Unable to read server IP address. I have no firewall on my mac that I am aware of; and I do get on sometimes...

    *.interquote.com
    *.7ticks.com
    Port 31654
    Port 60020
where would I look to see if these ports are blocked?

Unable to read server IP addresses

    Hi

I can not connect to kinetic anymore this afternoon:

Login failed : Unable to read server IP addresses :

    What that it means ?

It works fine for me in the morning, but it suddenly disconnect in the afternoon and i cannot connect back to kinetick. It works fine for other server like FXCM.

Are there any solutions and things that can avoid this problem again?

    Many thanks in advance.
