NG 12-12 not up dateing

Hello Doorglass,
If you try changing the rollover date then can you get the correct chart.
- In Control Center menu bar goto Tools>Instrument Manager
- In the Instrument Manager dialog type in NG in the Name text box and click on the Search button
- Select NG from the data grid below and click on Edit button
- In the Instrument Editor dialog click on Misc Tab
- Scroll Down and click on the [...] button in the Contract Rollover field
- In the new dialog set the Rollover month for 12-12 Contract to 10/24/2012.
Please restart NinjaTrader after you have made the changes.

NG 12-12 not working
Joydeep thank you for the reply I did what yopu posted and still my NG is not working.
All the other instruments that I have updated correctly but Ng did not. I have enclosed a snap shot of Ng before and after. Please look and help me. I can not get 12-12 to open or spread out to be able to look at it. While 11-12 I can look at it.

If you reload the historical data then can you get it working.
To reload your historical data please right click in the background of your chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data'.

NG Problems
I'm also having trouble with NG 12-12. I'm on Kinetick data.
If I try to display a 12-12 month chart the numbers are actually 11-12
Reloading historical doesn't make any difference
If I try to display ##-## I get almost all 11-12 data & a bar or two of 12-12.
I deleted all the NG data & folders under: C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db
But it made no difference.
Please advise.

Hello saturntd,
You are watching the chart for NG 12-12 (which is the next month contract) and not NG 11-12 (which is the near month contract).
NinjaTrader pulls the historical data from the near month future and not the next months future and thus you are witnessing the scenario.
Please follow the steps as mentioned in post #2 to rectify the scenario.JoydeepNinjaTrader Customer Service
