    Charts blank after restore.

    I had a problem yesterday when my computer went down while running NT. I got things going again but NT was behaving flaky - some indicators wouldn't run, others would. I uninstalled NT and reinstalled it. Now I have performed a restore from two days ago when things were good. Now, however, when I open a workspace while not connected it shows the charts populated with old data, but when I connect to live data, all my charts and indicators and Market Analyzers go blank. SuperDom show data flowing, etc. If I try and create a new chart then the new chart comes up blank if I'm connected live or if not connected then it comes up populated with old data. How can I get my restored system to work properly with live data?

    Thank you for your note.


    Can you tell me the following:

    - What happens if you reload all historical data? Right click in your chart -> Reload All Historical Data

    - What instrument have you selected? If a Futures instrument, please include Front Month (ES 12-12)

    - What chart interval is selected? (e.g. 5min, 4 range, etc.)

    - Is there an error message listed in the Log tab of the Control Center? If errors are found, please report.

      Thanks for your help. Actually, I looked at the sticky note on what to try if charts are not updating. I reset my system clock and everything seems to be working fine. Duh!!! - I should have checked for answers before pestering you.
