I have NT7 running an automated strategy on a Amazon EC2 cloud server. About twice a day I will get error messages saying 'Default Account 'L382**23' is unavailable for trading', this is costing me money which although only a little at the moment we could be talkings $100's of dollars going into the future.
Can someone from support please look into RDing into the server to have a look at this, I'm worried that one day I'm going to be left in a losing position hours longer than I should have been.
