NT Chart is not updated with IB

Hello,

I use the latest NT from the download side and also the latest TWS from IB.
The connection to IB is established. When the connection is established the error appears:

"Error in loading chart data for $EURUSD: Error in requesting historical data from IB: No security definition has been found for request(200)"

Only an old part of the data is showed in the chart. It seems that the connection works in principle since when showing chart trader, I can see an online update of the bid/ask sizes at the bottom of chart trader for the $EURUSD. So the connection in gerneral seems to work.

Any ideas?

Thank you for your post.

Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:

• Disconnect
• Tools
• Options
• Data tab
• Reset Instruments
• Restart NinjaTrader
• Reconnect

If the issue persists can you tell me what version of NinjaTrader you have installed which can be found under Help-->About.

Also Next check what version of TWS are you using? You can check under TWS -> Help -> About -> Scroll to the Build #.
