Just 1 day of missing data

Hi

I have been having some trouble with the Charts and missing data.
I connect 1st to Kinetick EOD, and 2nd to IB feed. On opening FX there is no issue, but on the Futures charts the data for all of yesterdays session is missing.

for example for ES 12-12, the chart is perfect but ends at the close of the 27th at 1407.5. Nothing in the daily chart for yesterday. But, the data is clearly there in the minute charts.

I have tried reloading, only connecting to Kinetick and not IB etc etc. Still cannot get that day of data to appear.

As I test on my end with Kinetick EOD I get the exact same results.


This may be due to the recent development of Hurricane 'Sandy', the SEC has decided to close all U.S. Equity Markets on Monday, October 29, 2012.
The following impacts will be seen:

• Equity Indexes (ES,TF,YM,NQ) - Trading Halts at 8:15am Central Standard Time
• Interest Rate complex, including Treasury, Eurodollar and Fed Funds - Trading Halts at 11:00 am Central Standard Time

Normal Trading Hours:

• Currencies "Electronic"
• Metals (COMEX)
• Energies (NYMEX)
• Agricultural Markets

All other Non-US exchanges - Normal Trading Hours

Yesterday as in Sunday 10/28 or today, 10/29?

As NT_RyanL mentioned, there was no daily session for 10/29.

After hours is alive and well again 10/29 since 6:00 pm. It'll probably shut down again tomorrow morning again.

Yesterday as in 10/29, I am situated in Australia.
I have figured a work around with 1440M charts, the reason for confusion is that IB has data, and Globex is trading but that Kinetick EOD had no data for the day 10/29.

Sandy was pretty bad. East coast in usa shut down.
