I'm able to log in instantly through another computer. Both accounts are set up the same (Gain connection with Ninja Trader historical data servers), I have internet connectivity (same internet connection for both computers) and no other issues with this computer.
Here's what I've tried
rebooting the machine
Delete Gain account, re-add the account
repair ninja trader (through add/remove programs)
uninstall/reinstall ninja trader
uninstall/reinstall NT and deleting the NT program files folder
is there something else that I can do to resolve this issue? thanks in advance - your expertise through this forum has been a huge help!
