SuperDOM Order

Good morning,

When I placed a market order via SuperDOM (Interactive Brokers paper account); as an ATM Strategy, (Stop Loss and Target)....it did not show up in the charts, even though I had Chart Trader enabled.

It did show up in the chart if I had the Account set to Sim101, but not my paper account.

Had the order executed in the IB paper account? Order executions can take some time in IB paper accounts to fully process - up to three minutes.

It executed right away in IB account, with the appropriate target and stop loss. But that stop loss and target did not appear in NT's charts.

Hi,

Based on that I'd recommend that you double-check the account setting within Chart Trader. You would need to have the IB paper account selected here. If this is the account which is selected, please right click in the Chart Trader bar and select Chart Trader Properties - make sure that the ATM Strategy Selection Mode property is set to 'KeepSelectedATMStrategyOnOrderSubmission'.

Verified, and still order/pending stop and target will not appear on chart. BUT it does on Sim101.

Damned...my error again!!!

When I submitted my order via my IB "paper account" on SuperDOM, I had the account on Chart Trader set to "Sim101".
