Connecting to TD Ameritrade

I'm trying to establish a connection to a TD Ameritrade account however there is no TD Ameritrade choice in the provider area. What am I doing incorrect?

TDAmeritrade - Ninja

Hey Ninja...quick Q

So I'm using Ninja thru FXCM to trade Forex. I also have a TDA account and would like to use NT since you promote TDA as a preferred broker - this is good. WHAT do I need to so specifically to access TDA data and trade in my TDA account thru Ninja?

If you would like to trade Equities through TDAmeritrade, you will need to have your live license key enabled for TDA.

You can contact sales[at]ninjatader[dot]com for more information on this.

Please note that the TDA connection ONLY supports equities at this time.
