CQG Adapter not enabled for realtime quotes and trading error

Hi,

I am having a problem on 2 pc's where I am able to connect to CQG but no data is coming in for any instruments. In my log tab I have the following message 'CQG.Adapter.SubscribeMarketDataResolve: 'Instrument code here' is not enabled for realtime quotes and trading'. I should also add that two are demo accounts and that my live CQG account is not effected.

I have received similar reports from other demo users - I'd recommend that you contact your broker directly to report this issue.

Is it perhaps a CQG problem? The reason I ask is I find CQG Trader is not getting any data either.

Hello,

When using a demo account here, I see the same behavior here indicating that the issue originates outside of NinjaTrader. I do not encounter the same issue when using a live account however.

I have been in contact with CQG and it is in fact an issue at their end which they are trying to resolve.

Hi,
When I select Z 12-14 (FTSE) I can get a chart up but price will not update. Also nothing shows in the price ladder. I have CQG dat but only demo account.... is this the reason ?
I can run FDAX and the SPI fine ? SEE log if it helps ...

You are correct, this would be the reason, realtime access would not be included in the demo for this exchange.
