Account performance Missing previous days trades

    Account performance Missing previous days trades

    I am sim trading.

    I am missing the previous days trades in the Account Performance.
    I can see all the trades and stats generated during the session, there is no problem.

    However, having started the NT next day, and I want to refresh myself the yesterday trades I cannt see them. I cannt see them in Summary Executions Trades tabs and also others. This happens to me several days akready.

    At the same time, I DO see some trades from some days within last month.

    I tried to find the issue here however it was not there:
    - check/uncheck Group trades by ATM strategy
    - filters under ADVANCED button (accounts, instruments, ...).
    - DB repaired in the File/Tools/Options/Data

    Can you help with this?

    Hello Jaro,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Just to confirm - trades are being made in the Sim101 account and not another account like Replay101 correct? Market Replay trading is handled differently than standard sim trading.

      Replay101 account.

      Trades are being made in the Replay101 account based on data from Utilities/Download replay data.

        Hello Jaro888,

        It should still be listed under the Account Performance-tab. Make sure you use the Market Replay date when generating a report and select the Replay101 account under the Advance>> button.

        So if you replayed 11/8/2012 data when you performed the trade, the report needs to include the 11/8/2012 date.

          Hello Jason,

          Please see the attached screenshot.

          The Market Replay account is selected. The listing of trades shows only 25.october trades - the day I traded on Market Replay account just yesterday.

          However 22, 23 and 24 october days are not listed, although I traded them on Market replay account last week also.

              Please uncheck 'Group Trades By ATM Strategy' and then left click on Generate, do you now see the trades?

                I unchecked 'Group Trades By ATM Strategy' and left clicked on Generate.

                  Thank you for your response on this matter.

                  If unchecking the 'Group Trades by ATM Strategy' does not change the results then this is more than likely due to the fact that at any time during Market Replay if you change the current time being replayed (via Go To or the Slider) the previous trades are removed from the history or if you disconnect from Market Replay and then reconnect the trades are removed from the history.

                  You can view Account Performance during your Market Replay session and if you would like to export your results from that session you can right click in the tab you wish > select Grid > and the option you wish (such as Export To Excel, Print, etc.).

                  Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

                      I was really hoping to do some serious market replay trading for various futures contracts and everytime I close NT7 or choose another contract the previous trades are gone! It's extremely labor intensive to do the aggregate the trades manually, is there a way to solve this problem?

                        Hello contrails,

                        You could export trade results in the Account Performance-tab to Excel and build your trade history there. Please right click in the Account Performance grid and select Grid-->Export to Excel.
