I got a problem now is that I cannot get the historical data when connecting to CQG via AMPfutures but just instant updatnig data. So, is it the ninjatrader server problem now?

CQG and Charting and Historical data
I know from the posts in the forum that Ninjatrader provides historical data from saving CQG data and CQG does not provide it.
I got a problem now is that I cannot get the historical data when connecting to CQG via AMPfutures but just instant updatnig data. So, is it the ninjatrader server problem now?Tags: None

Thanks for your post.
So I may assist you further please answer the following.
1) Is the account set up to receive historical data?- You can check by going to Tools> Account Connections
- Select your CQG account and press Change
- Press Next
- Ensure Enabled is checked under Historical data
2) What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.11)
3) What instrument and expiry have you selected?
4) Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?
5) Do you have an anti virus or firewall installed and if so which one? (example: Norton, McAfee, AVG)

I am not the first day to use and all of them worked fine before.
The problem is sometimes the historical data didn't load so make the chart only update recent data but no historical data. But after some time, the problem will be solved itself. Now, the problem gone again and historical data works fine. So I just wonder where is the problem come from and prevent it from now.

Thanks for your reply.
Please add NinjaTrader to ESET's exceptions list
Below I have provided a link to ESET's website on how to add exceptions
You will need to exclude the following directories
C:\Program Files (x86)\NinjaTrader 7 or C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 7
(My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7
If you have historical data not chart once again after this please send me your log and trace files for that day so that I may look into what occurred.
You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.
