    Hello ckait,

    Thank you for your post.

There should not be any problems with the CL in NinjaTrader. So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.

What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)

Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.

Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

I look forward to your response.

I am also having problem with my CL 1-13 contract.

The price has gapped up to 88.68 and is stuck.

I am connected to Zen-Fire Live.

I have repaired my database, reloaded charts and checked log.

All other instruments are working fine.

              Hello All,

Thank you for your notes on this matter.

Please go to the NinjaTrader Control Center > Tools > Instrument Manager > search for the CL > double click on the CL > go to the Misc tab of the Instrument Editor > scroll down to the Contract Months > left click on the Contract Months and then the '...' button > go to the 01-13 expiry in the Contract Months window > change the Rollover Date to November 15, 2012 > OK > OK > OK.

Then reload all historical data on your chart.
Please let me know if I may be of further assistance.

I did the above (change the rollover date), but when trying to load a new chart, the chart gets stuck in the 'loading data' stage...it is on basic settings for a 1 min chart with very few indicators that typically would load in a few seconds.

                    Any ideas?

Good Morning I'm having the same problems. No updated CL data for the CL 12-12 contract. I followed the instructions you gave above about resetting the contract expiration date, but it didn't work. I'm using NT 7.0.1000.11 and the ZenFire feed. Thanks.

Now I'm using CL 1-13 and that one's working. Did this rollover last week? Wasn't trading.
