Hello, today after reload historical data data disappears from 5:44 gmt. After the first login today at 7:17, everything was ok. I am connected via cqg.

Yes, unfortunately the historical data server is not recording data. I am able to reproduce it on my end.

I have contacted Development to investigate and fix the issue. As soon as there is news, I will let you know.

The issue has been fixed. The historical data server records data again. Unfortunately there will be historical data missing between 23:42 - 4:09 EST. It will be corrected next weekend during server maintenance.

Problem persists, the server recorded 10:09 to 10:14 gmt +1, then nothing.

Yes, I have contacted development again. When I test on my end, I load historical data between these two times as well.

The historical data server is recording data again starting 7:54 AM EST.

Can you please right click in the chart and select 'Reload All Historical Data' and check if the missing data is loaded.
