Interactive Brokers Symbol NAU spot gold futures (XAU/USD)

How do I setup the Interactive Brokers Spot Gold Futures contract NAU (NAUZ2) traded on the Nasdaq Futures Exchange? It is the futures contract for the spot gold XAU/USD. I get the following errors when trying to load the chart:

Error on loading chart data for 'NAU 12-12 Nasdaq': InteractiveBrokers: Error in requesting historical data from IB: No security definition has been found for the request(200)

The exchange in TWS is 'NFX'. I've included below a snapshot of how I've defined it in Instrument manager, and how the contract definition appears in TWS

Please try the following symbol mapping:

NAU|NFX

Note that the breaker character is a linebreak rather than a L or I. I'd recommend copying/pasting from the text above.

After adding this mapping, restart NinjaTrader and try a new NAU chart.

Who else are you connected to in NinjaTrader?

If you only connect to IB, do you receive the data?

Are you able to receive data for the NAU 12-12 contract?
