NT7 and Zenfire (TST and Mirius)

It's been more than a week that I am not able to utilize the full potential of the software. I bought NT7 on the 1st of November on 3 a mths lease for the solely purpose to be with TST.
However, on friday 16th aparently server from Zenfire were down and since then there was not more connection with TST. Furthermore, in the time being I had open an Demo account with Mirius in which it lasted only till thursday. Today, sunday and stressing to get at least some work out this platform I could not even login to market replay neither to a sim market just for practicing because there was no connection with 3 diferent errors and no solution.
Could anyone get their act together with the system that even there is no money to be made on w'end I am loosing time in which time is money.
