    Phantom Trade - Incorrect Balance

    Hi. Have a strange problem.
    There is a phantom trade that says I went long 87.12 at 11:46 am 11/27/12 & exited at
    85.49 at 10:55 am 11/28/12.

    Three strange things:

    1. It only shows up on the control panel if I choose the date range of 11/28/12 to 11/28/12.
    If I change the timeframe to 11/27/12 to 11/28/12 it disappears.

    2. My "total net profit" is incorrect 11/28/12 to 11/28/12, but appears to be correct 11/27/12 to 11/28/12.

    3. The phantom trade would be a loss of 163 ticks; that does not account for my "total net profit" error. The net profit is only off by about 58 ticks when looking at 11/28 to 11/28.

    This is sim trade, CL 1-13, CQG connection.

    UPDATE: I shut down the platform & restarted. I just looked at it & I was long 6 contracts. I did not place that order. I always trade 10 & always use a bracket. It showed I was long 6 with no stop & no limit order entered.

    Please send me your log and trace files and database file for today so that I may look into what occurred.

    You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support and check "Log and Trace files" as well as "database file"

    Please reference this thread in the body of the email.

        Another strange thing:

        It says I went long 6 at 86.15 at 8:04:05 AM today.
        I did not place this trade.

        This shows up if I choose 11/28/2012 to 11/28/2012.
        If I change the timeframe to 11/27/2012 to 11/28/2012 this phantom order disappears.
