    Market Replay Data Server Busy Error

    Hello,

    I'm trying to download market replay data but am getting an error:
    "Error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later"

    I'm using the latest free Ninja platform.
    I've watched the Market Replay Data Webinar and have gone through other posts here relating to this error. I have tried turning my firewall off completely.

    No luck retieving the market data.

    Let me know if you have any suggestions on how to fix this.

    If it helps, these are my Download Replay Data settings:

    Type: default
    Name: ES-12-12
    Date: 30/11/2012
    Download L1 & L2 data

      Hello

      Answered my own question. I just had a couple of old charts and superDOM open. All I did was exit those windows and was able to download replay data perfectly.

        Hello,

        I'm glad to hear it is working for you. This error should not have been caused by having charts or superDOMs open.

        It is possible that you were still downloading previous data when you tried to download again.
        You can monitor the download progress in the bottom right of the control center.

          I am having the same problem and have been for a couple days.

          ""Error on downloading replay data: Connection to data server is busy or not available right now. Please try again later"


          12/5/12 6pm Az time

          ZB 12/12

          11/9/12

          This is the only time I have ever had trouble downloading data.
