How do I get CL tick backfill from ZenFire?

When I start up my program I would like to have tick backfill for CL. I am using Zenfire feed. It doesn't seem to provide backfill for the pre-market which I need. How do I go about getting backfill for CL? Do I need a different data provider? I can get minute backfill for minute charts but no tick data for tick charts.

Which Session Template setting is used in your chart? To check, right click in the chart and select Data Series. Session Template is shown to the right side of this menu.

I've tried ETH, the new ETH2 (which is the old copy of ETH) and just about every other session template that Ninja has. Have never been able to get pre-market tick data for CL.

Please give the Default 24/7 session template a shot. This template will not exclude any data from charts.

I just tried it and the data only goes back to the point I accessed my live account this morning.

I can download historical tick data for CL by using the Historical Data Manager by clicking the tick interval in the download section when you pick which date(s) you want to download. But when I go back to that window only the minute and last are checked off. Is there a way to keep the tick box checked? Maybe that would do the trick.

There is no way to check that box off by default but it's status should not relate to the chart. Just to confirm, you are able to download after checking the box off?

Yes, I can download after checking the box off. I just disconnected from my broker and reconnected and the historical data was still there which is good I guess.

But I can't get historical ES tick data right now. When I start up NT, I do get it in the morning for ES though. Just not CL.
