    No data display or load.

    Hi, I just format my PC and I install Ninjatrader7 again.
    But I can't get the chart this time. I connect External Data Feed, and open a chart.
    There is no 'Loading'... just a blank chart.

    Please help! Thanks!

        Thanks for clarifying.

        In this case, you will need to connect to Zen-Fire rather than the external data feed connection.

        The following link will take you to a page that details the steps required for creating a connection to your Zen-Fire based brokerage.

            Before I format my PC, everything is ok, I connect to external data feed, not zenfire.

              Hello,

              You will need to connect to Zen-Fire.

              The external data feed can be configured to interface with TradeStation accounts but will do nothing without that type of setup in place. Please follow the steps I provided in my last post to configure your Zen-Fire connection.

                I only can access Zenfire?
                What about these connection?
                google,yahoo,barchart.com,kinetick....and so on...
                These are not available?

                  All can be used but the Mirus demo you mentioned would use only Zen-Fire.

                    I think something wrong with my mirus account.
                    Now, yahoo or google can't be connected.
                    Don't know why. All the problems are same.
                    I do the connection, open a chart, come out nothing, can't reload it .

                      When attempting to connect to that demo does an error appear? If so, what is reported?

                        Last time, I connected with Mirus demo, but login fail.
                        I asked mirus team for help. After their technician checking, they told me that my pc have been used a demo before, so no more demo can be assessed in my pc.
                        Therefore, I disconnected mirus, and connected with external data feed. It was work, although the data was not realtime. I was using it for few weeks.

                        Now I change my hardisk, reinstall window, and ninjatrader.
                        All those connections are not function.
                        Is that anyway for me to get the data again without register in any broker?

                          If you've already used a Zen-Fire demo on this PC in the past you would be locked out of using another. Could I help you to find a trial with another provider? If so, please contact me with a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com. Include a link to this forum thread with that message.
