    Is CQG having issues this morning

    Unable to get NT to start. Using AMP/CQG.

    Is CQG having issues again or is it something on my computer?

    Also , is there a way to disable the auto connect without having NT open?

    Hello TAJTrades,

    I am not aware of any issues so far. What happens when you try to connect? Do you experience an error message?

    Please send me your Config.xml file so I can disable the auto connect feature. Subsequently I send back the Config.xml file so you can replace it. You can find the Config.xml file at (My) Documents-->NinjaTrader 7. Please attach in an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and put 'Att Jason, Is CQG having issues this morning' in the subject header.

          Hello TAJTrades,

          There seems to be an issue with CQG connections - I received now other reports as well. I have sent an email to CQG for clarification. Once there is news, I will let you know.

            I am unable to connect as well. I use Kinetick and CQG. I think it may be an NT issue

                        Yes, all is working after restart.

                        Although there is a data gap.

                          Good to hear it works again. CQG informed us there was no issue on their end, so likely it was an ISP backbone issue in routing.
