Historical data

problem with historical data .
load it till 2:30 GMT +2 .
Seems that historical server is not functining.
need help.

Hello senders,

I assume you connect to CQG in NinjaTrader.

I tested 6A 03-13 and 6E 03-13 on my end and I am not able to load all historical data either. There is data loaded up to 7:25 PM EST yesterday, however there is no historical data after that.

I have sent an email to development regarding the issue. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

You can enable 'Save chart data as historical' at Control Center-->Tools-->Options-->Data-tab to save all real-time data you currently receive as historical data.

It's enabled, but it not saving historical data.
My computer is running with NJ all night ,but no historical data is saving.

Did you had it enabled before or did you enabled it after my post?

There are no issues with the 'Save chart data as historical' option. How do you determine that no historical data is saved?

Do you see historical data at Control Center-->Tools-->Historical Data Manager-->Edit-tab?

What NinjaTrader version do you have installed? You can check this at Control Center-->Help-->About. Make sure you have the latest NinjaTrader version (7.0.1000.11). You can download and install it from the link below. Make sure NinjaTrader is shut down when you install the latest version.

Do all instruments you have selected in charts not save real-time data as historical data?

Bid and Ask data are appearing from 9:02, but Last is only from time when reloading.
NJ ver. 7.0.1000.11 (direct live)
problem only with 6E
NQ and ES are ok.
Each time reloading 6e,chart starts from beginning

If you reload historical data, it is requested from the historical data server which unfortunately does not have data. Please avoid reloading historical data in the chart for now.

Unfortunately historical data will be missed until next weekend during which it will be restored. The following instruments are affected:

• currency futures (6A 03-13, 6E 03-13, etc)
• DX 03-13
• ZC 03-13
• ZW 03-13

What to do that current data for 6E will be save on my computer when i'm restarting Ninja trader?

I suggest to avoid reloading historical data in the chart or else it will be overwritten with the missing data from the server.

If you restart NinjaTrader, unfortunately the chart will reload historical data.
