Thank you for your note.
So I may investigate this matter further please answer the following questions.
What version of NinjaTrader are you using? You can check under Help -> About (Example: 7.0.1000.X)
Who are you connected to? This is displayed by green on lower left corner of the Control Center window.
Do you receive an error on screen? Are there errors on the Log tab of the Control Center? If so, what do these errors report?

Thank you for your response.
With the current version of NinjaTrader, it is critical that you use TWS version 927.7. Please uninstall your existing version via the Windows Control Panel, and then install 927.7 via the following link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_927_7.exe
Please let me know if you are able to pull up the NQ data after installing TWS 927.7.

You guys should be updating your stuff on your end, NOT asking me to downgrade my main trading platform!!
When was the LAST time you had minor upgrade, or fix!!!???

Thank you for your response.
When possible, we update our supported version of IB’s Traders Work Station at regular intervals with each new NinjaTrader release. Due to the number of releases IB has, we may be behind their current release, simply because we may not update our platform at the same time they do. It is also important to note that we can only begin testing new versions of TWS once those releases have been publicly made available, this also contributes to the time required to update our supported version of TWS.
I will forward this forum thread to management as well.

You were right by the way, seeing Tick data now.....I downgraded, BUT I wasn't happy doing it!!
You guys are over 7 months behind IB's fixes/updates!
