Ray Properties - 3 decimals

Hi,

When I bring up Ray Properties I'd like to adjust the End Y with the up & down arrows and hit apply to see all variations of a line but the units go by .001 making it useless. Can it be changed to .01, the actual unit that most commonly occurs?

Unfortunately this cannot be changed within NinjaTrader.

With that being said you can type in the price you would like as opposed to using the up and down arrows.


Since the type of functionality you are seeking is not presently supported within NinjaTrader, I have documented this particular feature request and have sent it to our product development team.


Once I have a tracking ID for this particular feature request, I will let you know.

Thanks, I just think the penny would be a better unit for functionality and if you want 3 decimal places then you can type that in. Thanks again.

I have heard back from development and the ability of a drawing object to be modified under the Data tab in a drawing objects properties in increments of .01 as opposed to .001 when using the up and down arrows for Start Y and End Y will be tracked using ID # 2147.

Actually, if you're going to drag those dudes into it I'll tell you what would be the ultimate.

Purpose - to be able to draw a ray and then easily adjust the end Y through multiple endpoints in .01 units.

So, I would need 2 definable hotkeys. I would select the ray and then one hotkey would instantly adjust the End Y up .01 and one would instantly adjust the End Y down .01. This way I wouldn't have to bring up the Properties screen, press an arrow and hit apply 30 to 50 times for every instance I want to see.

That would be ideal and save hours and hours.

Can you please add this to the original suggestion?
