Charts not updating ???

    Charts not updating ???

    Ninja show green light connecting to CQG, but charts are not updating. Time of stop
    updating shows 6:28 PST. Same symbols on TOS updating fine. No bid / ask updates on chart trader. Dead in the water.

    Hello T2020,

    Please disconnect from CQG, reset the instruments and restart NinjaTrader.

    To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.

      Followed your instructions but it did not work. Does no one else show this problem ? Next step ?

        Hello T2020,

        Can you please email us your log and trace file so we can look into this further.

        You can do this by going to the Control Center-> Help-> Mail to Support.

        Please put 'ATTN: Chris S' in the subject line and a reference to this thread in the body of the e-mail:

            Hello T2020,

            Thank you for the update. I am glad to hear you are now receiving data.

            You can check the rollover data for futures contracts on the exchange's website.

            Also, you can check the rollover date in NinjaTrader by going to Tools > Instrument Manager, searching for the instrument, selecting it and clicking the Edit button. Then in the Instrument Editor window going to the Misc tab, scrolling down to Contract months, selecting Contract months and clicking the '...' button. Then in the Contract Months window selecting the contract month to view the rollover date.
