    CL Daily Chart Missing Data

    Hi,

    My daily CL chart is missing an entire window of data from 09/20 to 11/16/2012. Reloading all Historical Data didn't fixed it. What should I do please?

    Hello Lurefo,
    Can you please upload a screenshot of the scenario you are facing.

    To send a screenshot press Alt + PRINT SCREEN to take a screen shot of the selected window. Then go to Start--> Accessories--> Paint, and press CTRL + V to paste the image. Lastly, save as a jpeg file and send the file as an attachment.

        Hello Lurefo,
        Thanks for the screenshot.

        If you try resetting the instruments then are you able to get the correct chart.
        • To reset your instruments please: go to the Tools menu, select the Options menu item, select the Data tab, and then click on 'Reset Instruments'.


        If you are still having difficulty in getting the correct data, then please make sure you have set the rollover dates as per the attached screenshot.

            Feb. 22.2013 CL chart missing data

            Good Morning,

            It seems the CL instrument is missing data from the time I closed my platform last night around 9:00 PM till now 6:00AM as I just reloaded it to get ready for the trading day.

            data feed from CQG.

              Hello nicosxm,

              I can reproduce the missing historical data for the CL 04-13 with CQG on my end. Historical data loads up to 18:46 PM ET yesterday.

              I have reported the issue to development. Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

                Thanks for your reply Jason, yes your time is about right as I am -4GMT or AST , seems the issue remains thought.
