Unable to download market replay data

    Unable to download market replay data

    Hello.

    I get the 'server is busy' message when I try to download data. I re-booted my machine, and then restarted NT to download the data. Now NT locks up.

    Please help

    I also have exact same problem, for last 8+ hours. Here is Control Center log entry for latest failed attempt:

    01-Jan-13 17:18:04 Connection Unable to connect to NinjaTrader data server (64.202.118.179/31654): A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 203.198.80.61:31654

    Trying File/Utilities/Download Replay Data for any instrument, any day, is not possible.

      Thanks for reporting the message.

      Our IT manager is currently looking into the matter and will resolve the Market Replay download ASAP

        The servers should be resolved for download of the Market Replay data at this time.

          Thanks Brandon (and your IT guy).

          All Ok and working again as per normal. I missed trading yesterday (Monday) and been avoiding all market news until I can complete a full Market Replay simulation run.

          Fantastically useful tool. Thanks again.
