No data loaded for some instrument

Hi there,

Again this is a great forum. I have been learned a lots.

I recently got an IB account and try to setup the connection between NinjaTrade over IB datafeed. For some instruments, I can get the minute level bars without any problem (ie. Goog, AAPL). But for some instruments (ie. FB, SSO, SDS etc.), my chart shows no data, no bars, and no error messages. I wonder what I did wrong

I did follow the instruction from the following link http://www.ninjatrader.com/support/f...be+market+data. But it didn't seem to work in my case.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Goog, AAPL are the good ones.

FB, SSO, SDS are the ones I added through instrument manager. But I couldn't get any bars and data in the chart.

Thanks for getting back to me.

We currently recommend that the 927.7 build of TWS be used. Please shut down NinjaTrader and TWS then install the 927.7 build of TWS via this link: http://www.ninjatrader.com/ninjatrad...tall_927_7.exe

After installing, please reconnect and try a new FB chart.

I did reinstall TWS 927.7, but still no luck. Restart ninjia too.... I still can't see FB. Any other ideas?

Hi,

Please select FB in the Orders tab of the Control Center while connected to Interactive Brokers. Do you see any figures in the bid, ask and last price fields or do they report 'n/a'?

Bid, ask, open are N/A, but last, low, high, and low has numbers. I guess it is after-market now.

Which interval of chart are you using?

Are you able to load a chart using the standard five days which would be selected by default with a minute based chart?

tried to start a new chart with all default value on FB, still no luck. It is a blank chart.
