Can't connect - Login Failed

    Can't connect - Login Failed

    Hello, 'till yesterday evening all was ok, but this morning, when I try to launch NT7, it appears:

    Login Failed: Generata eccezione di tipo
    'CQG.Trader.DataAccess.SessionManager.InstrumentMe tadataNotAvailableException'.


    Any ideas ?
    I tried to close my workspace, do a Data repair DB, but nothing...

    P.S. My broker is AMP, I checked and it looks all ok apparently with them

    termi, welcome to our forums - is this a live or demo account you're attempting to connect to here with NT? Would you mind emailing us via the Help >> Mail to Support options directly in NT's Control Center so we could review your diagnostic trace / log files from this machine for any insight?

      Hello, I closed all charts, close workspace, repaired DB, erased my account connection to AMP
      I restarted, create a new connection and now it works.

      Anyway I send an email through Help

      Yes is a Live acc.

          nothing, I thought it worked but now is giving the same error...

            You're working on NT7 R11 (our latest release) here, correct?

              Yes sir, also with last release having the same problem. I'm starting to think that is AMP/CQG problem

                Could you please retry connecting to your account now? I've gotten reports of connection success and can confirm from my end here.

                  CQG Second Day in Row Logging in...

                  Had to log in 2X again to get into Ninja with a working data feed for the second day in a row.

                  Error Message was: Login Failed: Generata eccezione di tipo
                  'CQG.Trader.DataAccess.SessionManager.InstrumentMe tadataNotAvailableException'.

                  Is there a problem of some kind that I need to be aware of. Any other occurences of this today??

                    kmpc1, thanks for posting - there was unfortunately a brief issue period today where we had demo users with login issues - so far we're not aware of any other issue and have confirmed in our own testing. If you see anything, please immediately let us know either here in the forum or via Help >> Mail to Support.

                          I had the exact same problem yesterday and today as I also have a Live account with AMP/CQG. I had to restart my computer both times in order to login successfully. Let me know if I can also provide any other information to help with the troubleshooting.
