    Connecting-Problems with Zen-Fire and Deutsche Telekom every day at the same time. What is the sollution?

          I ´m having problems to login too. But in my case I cannot login during the hole day. Only in my office it works, so I think the cause is Deutsche Telekom.

            DTAG denies any problems.

            the connection issues to zenfire or 7ticks.com persist !!!

            Lots of packet losses.

            By now I am not so sure this IP is zenfire ( as it was stated to me by Ninja Support)
            I think it is a Ninja server.

            everyone can test it for themselves.

            on the command console type:

            "tracert 64.202.118.181" (7ticks.com)

            You will see problems with the the IPs

            80.156.161.467

            or

            80.157.128.230

              Hello,

              A tracert from my Denver CO location does not experience any issues. The servers you listed, are those the ones that experience packet loss? Those are not NinjaTrader servers, they appear to be owned by Deutsche




              Below is a list of the NinjaTrader Historical Data Servers you may connect to

              * DS1 - 64.202.118.132
              * DS2 - 64.202.118.144
              * DS3 - 64.202.118.179
              * DS4 - 64.202.118.180


              So I can get a better picture of what you're reporting, can you please give me your full tracert output?

                I had NO disconnects the last days.

                Others report the same.

                Hopefully this problem is gone forever.
