Crude Oil (or Something Else) Won't Load

I use ZenFire through AMP and every weekend it seems the CL data becomes unavailable. It also happened every time the markets closed through the Holidays 2012.

If CL works, then ES and EuroFX are unavailable.

When the markets re-open the data magically starts flowing again.

Has anyone else noticed this?

You can't back-test without charts.

Is this a Ninja problem? ZenFire? Or AMP?

What message do you receive when you try to download the CL data?

"Loading data . . ."

It just sits there like that, blank, for hours.

And now it's for CL and ES but I can load new charts for currencies, gold, etc.

Fixed!

In case anyone else ever has this problem, I sent an e-mail to Customer Support and Lance had it fixed in a few minutes:

* Shut down NinjaTrader
* Navigate to (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\workspaces
* Delete the file named "_Workspaces.XML".
* After deleting this file, restart NinjaTrader which should startup without any workspaces.
* Once NinjaTrader has started on just the control center, please open a new chart and test for issue.
