Cannot Connect

    Cannot Connect

    I was able to connect this morning. But I close NT and now am trying to reconnect and get an error. Please seen attached screen-shot.

    Hello scottreynolds,

    Please follow the instructions below to repair the NinjaTrader database.

    Disconnect NinjaTrader from any open connections via File > Disconnect
    From the NinjaTrader Control Center window select the menu Tools > Options
    Select the "Data" tab
    Press the "Repair DB" button
    Press the "OK" button

    Then restart NinjaTrader and try the connection again.

      Well, before I saw your answer, I tried reconnecting again and it worked. I've had this problem before so its intermittent. I just hope I don't lose my connection in the middle of a trade.

        Login Failed : Unable to connect to the remote server

        This " Login Failed " message appears even after the DB Repair is done and the Key Lic is reset.

        It is a new Login,

        Please Advice

          Please contact me via email (Support AT NinjaTrader DOT com) in that message, please include a link to this forum thread and a copy of today's trace file.

          You will find the trace file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder. The file which I need would be named 'trace.20130120.txt'.

              Hi

              I have cqg data feed.
              I am trying to login but it is showing error. Login failed: Unable to connect to the remote server. What seems to be the problem???
