chart and DOM frozen after order hit

When order hit fro the DOM chart and DOM frozen, not updating. ES0313.
Also It's shown in control center as "EP03" v/s ES03 for instrument.
I had uninstalled and reinstalled Ninja7 but not fixing it!
Any suggestion???

2.) A copy of today's trace file.
You will find this diagnostic file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
I'll need a copy of the 'trace.20130114.txt' file.
