    why no bars are continuing

    im connected and suddenly the last bars are 10:15 - even on 1 min and 5 min chart - nothing is there; no movement of dom?

    Can you please tell me what data provider you are connected to and what instrument you currently have selected.

      CQG - green connected light was on - so anyway I disconnected and reconnected.
      sometimes i lose connection and when it comes back it works...not this time.

        Please reset your instruments with the steps I have provided below:
        • Disconnect
        • Tools
        • Options
        • Data tab
        • Reset Instruments

        Next please close NinjaTrader and sync your PC clock by double clicking on the clock in the lower right corner of your desktop. Once you have done that, click on Internet Time tab-->Change Settings-->Select time.nist.gov from the drop down menu and then click Update.

        The PC clock should now be updated and you may restart NinjaTrader.

          thanks - completed on pc side in parallels on mac -
          there is still the same time discrepancy (if it means anything). on my mac time it says 11:43 and the chart time says trading in 11:45 time frame (5 min chart)
          mac time setting is Apple/Americas US setting
          is this ok?

            Thank you for the clarification.

            NinjaTrader time stamps data based off the close of the bar therefore this is expected. For example on your 5 Minute chart when your PC clock is lets say at 12:11 the current bar close time would be plotted at 12:15.
