Strange behaviour of BRN

Hi everibodies
Could anyone tell me, why when I upload everydai the BRN chart, there is a gap between the current day and the previous?
I attach herewith an image, in order to let you understand

Emanuele67, thanks for the post and chart - there is unfortunately a known issue for this instrument on the data server you connect to for backfilling, our server team will be performing maintenance this weekend on the servers. During Maintenance they will typically attempt to restore data if it is possible from a backup server.

I have been trying yesterday and today to upload BRN, but the problem still persists.
What should I do?

Emanuele67, thanks for getting back to me - I will check with our server team and provide an update on matters then.

There have been some technical issues on our Historical Data Servers which have prevented this contract from recording for a number of days and we were unable to correct it last weekend.

Our server team is aware of this and have a plan in place to correct these items this next weekend to resume the recording of data for these instruments.

It is unlikely that the data that is missing will be restored during this maintenance, and as a result the data will not be available from the NinjaTrader historical data servers.

Should you require this data to be backfilled, we would recommend using a backup data connection such as Kinetick which will allow you to backfill these charts for the missing periods and will also provide you a backup option moving forward in the future.
