    We do recommended you run the latest version of NinjaTrader (version 7.0.1000.11). You can download that version and the previous version (7.0.1000.10), from the link below.

        Hello alfa123,

        Unfortunately, only the 2 most recent versions (7.0.1000.10, 7.0.1000.11) are available for download from our servers.

        Is there a particular reason you are trying to obtain the 7.0.1000.7 version?

          yes,i am using this version and still have set up saved but if i d/l it is not showing options for data providers,only few,not ib,vision, zenfire and others.My charts are in very bad shape since 3 weeks,i
          thought i might fix by d/l the same version direct from web site.

            License key - You can find this under Help -> License Key

            Config.xml file - You will find your configuration file in the following directory:

            * (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\config.xml

            Log file - You will find your NinjaTrader log file in the following directory:

            * (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\log\log.YYYYMMDD.txt

            Trace file - You will find your NinjaTrader trace file in the following directory:

            * (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\trace\trace.YYYYMMDD.txt

            Please attach the files to your email.

            Do not post of your information in this forum as it contains sensitive information.

              i have deleted every thing before realize all this problems and now did pc upgraded as well and restart from the latest version.Thanks for your help.
