Restore script problem

Hi

my hard disk just crashed, but every weekend i do backup

i tried to restore my backup to an other computer, everything good except the script (the most important in fact)

error message : NinjaScript files can't be restored, since they would corrupt your installation.

but my script are the most important thing on the back up !

Can you help ?

Hello Thomas79,

This generally means that this backup was created with a previous version of NinjaTrader.

Is there any specific error message inside of your Log tab of the Control Center to see what is causing the issue?

this is what i though in the begining but i downloaded the last version 11 of NT7... and my restore come from a 10 version (previous).

i have no other error message of my Log tab of the Control Center than "NinjaScript files can't be restored, since they would corrupt your installation"

Can you please send a note to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com and include the backup you're trying to restore as an attachment? We can take a look at the backup to determine what is causing this error.

If the file is over 4MB, please use a 3rd party service such as www.wetransfer.com to send us this file.
