Chart disappeared

Hi all,
I noticed this morning a problem with my strategy on FDAX 03/13 and I decided to reload the 5 minutes chart I use, after clicking "reload all historical data" the chart lost all information becoming empty..
If I edit the historical data I see they are there on the symbol but there is no way to chart it anywhere (I also tried with new 1 minute charts which result empty as well).
If this can be solved without restarting Ninja or disconnecting it would be great as I have plenty of strategies working and it would be a disaster to restart everything .

Hi smodato, would you see the same outcome when opening the chart fresh in a new workspace file?

Have you tried as well with a fresh set of cache for the FDAX contract?

Maybe this is a stupid question but can I open a new workspace with the other one working without interrupting its work?
About the cache should I erase the data from the symbol to clear it?

Yes, you could open a parallel running workspace as well to test.

For the cache, you would go to Documents\NinjaTrader 7\db\cache and delete the subfolder for FDAX you would see under the session template folder maintained.

I tried both ways and none works so shall I resign to restart Ninja and repair the DB?

What's the main advantage of using more workspaces simultaneously?

Are there any errors in your logs smodato? If not, then yes I would suggest disconnecting, repair and restart. Multiple workspaces can help in organization, so for example you could quick run through all open with Shift + F3, but it comes down to individual preferences.
