Do I need to have an account with the listed brokers to get free EOD?

Do I need to have an account with the listed brokers on the NT website to get the free EOD from Kinetick? I have NT downloaded and connected to Kinetick but in order to refresh the charts I have to shut NT down and restart. I was never sent a Kinetick password and user name to enter in to the Connection Options window when setting up NT so I'm not sure if this is the problem or not.

Using Windows 7 Home Premium

Thank you for your post.

A broker account is not required before it is possible to load data through the free Kinetick connection.

Which interval of data is requested in your charts? The Kinetick EOD service offers daily data only. It would not be possible to create charts using intraday data through the EOD service.

I may not have a EOD setting option selected in the Control Center somewhere. However, all of my chart titles say (daily) in the title. To update the charts I'm going to the control center Tool> historical data manager > reload > reload all.

Where in the control center should I set data to end of day if I need to?

When I show the data box for each chart it says Daily in the chart instrument title also.
