No Data on CAC40 - CQG

i have no hiostorical data on CAC40 02-13 monep since 24th Jan 18:15 (Paris time) on the CQG providers

Can you help ?

I can see the data came back, thx

But, on the Eurex, i have the FBTP (Italian Bond Future) data on live (on the market analyser) but no historical data on the chart

and the FOAT (French Bond Future) i have no live data and no historical data.

Can you please check ?

Hello Thomas,

Historical data is not recorded for the FBTP so you would only get real-time data for that instrument.

As for the FOAT first, you may want to double check with your broker to make sure that you are getting live data.

If you are getting live data then you may want to double check your symbol mapping of the FOAT symbol as it is not defaultly defined inside of NinjaTrader.
