Hi kabott, this is likely an issue with the local SQL compact install - could you please contact us via Help >> Mail to Support so we could review and send further steps to resolve?

    Thanks,

Ok, then please manually attach log / trace files to an email to us (support at ninjatrader dot com) for example from your webmail client.

The files could be found in Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > log / trace.

          Thanks,
          BertrandNinjaTrader Customer Service
