    Eurex Data stuck?

    Hello,

    since 9.40 a.m. I do not get any data from the Eurex.

    I use a Zen-Fire datafeed.

    Globex is fine.

    Are there any issues between Zen-Fire and Eurex?

            Same here in New Zealand.

            I actually got no data at Eurex open ie first bar printed 8.15am and then lost connection again at 9.44am

                Hello all,

                We can reproduce the issue upon testing Zen-Fire. There is no real-time data for Eurex instruments such as FDAX, FESX and FGBL. Historical data is loaded up to 3:45 AM ET. We have contacted Zen-Fire support.

                Once there is news regarding the matter, I will let you know.

                  Eurex is just running.

                  Maybe the issues are already solved.

                  Edit: Historical data still missing.

                    Yes, we receive real-time data again as of 4:27 AM ET as well.

                    We are checking with development if we can backfill the missing data.

                        Hello r68cervera,

                        Unfortunately there will be a gap between 3:45 AM and 4:29 AM ET - the historical data did not record data because no real-time data was received.

                        I do not have any information yet if and when the missing data will be backfilled.

                            Hello Kaldo,

                            Yes, unfortunately I experience the same on my end. Zen-Fire is looking into the issue. They think it is related to an ISP around the New York area. Once there is information, I will let you know.
