ATM Strategy switches itself to <none>

There is a bug which I consider a high priority fix:

1. Choose an ATM strategy
2. Make sure you have it selected on both sim101 and real account
3. place order using the sim101 account
4. switch to real account - ATM changes itself to <none>

The *Active ATM strategy is associated with the account. If you switch from the sim account to the live account, it will not have an ATM strategy to display.

However you can change this behavior to only show the template name and not to switch to the Active strategy.

Please right click on your chart or SuperDOM and select "Properties" and then set the "ATM Strategy selection mode" to "KeepSelectedAtmStrategyTemplateOnOrderSubmission" .

the bug is that it doesn't remember the ATM strategy I set for the real account - that's the bug! and it happens ONLY when I have an active trade with the sim101 selected.

Trust me, this is a bug, not a feature - try it yourself and you will see.

Thanks for the clarification - we've never had the facility for it to remember the ATM Strategy you had selected on an account. It will use the last ATM Strategy selected.

I will forward this to our development to to consider adding this as an option in a potential future version.

In the meantime, I'd suggest using a separate DOM for your live account and Sim101 account.
