crosshair causing other programs to "blink"

The solutions already posted include:

Change all Monitor's Color Quality from Medium (16 bit) to Highest Quality (32 Bit)


Disabling SLI. (Not sure how to go about doing this, I suggest checking with the manufacturer.)

How do I disable SLI and also I don't think I am using the Windows Magnifier, how do I check . Thanks

1.) You will need to consult your owners manual or contact the manufacturer for more information about how to disable SLI.
