chart control

Hello,

it occurs from time to time that prices stop to move in between (fxcm) One can not trust in the charts and trading. Is there a possibility to control somehow if prices are updated by tick? So, one could make an indicator, a candle;-) once other color one knows that prices stopped.

But EG EURJPY or GBPUSD work fine. Only EURUSD stopped.

When I select in this chart another instrument, eg to EURJPY, then it moves. When I switch back to EURUSD then same situation. No price update.

Please detail exactly what is occurring here with the EURUSD data.

Does the chart populate data when you open the EURUSD? But then it fails to update in real-time?

Or is it from time to time you will notice that the data is not moving for the EURUSD, but it can continue to move later?

What version of NinjaTrader 7 are you running? You can check this by going to Help > About.

Do you see any error messages listed in the Log tab of the NinjaTrader Control Center? If so please detail these in your response.

Prices stop and do not conitnue to move later!

Now I see that also AUDUSD has stopped:

one fxcm-demo at about. 11:45 GMT (6:45 EST?) at price 1,0263´5
and the other fxcm-demo at about. 12:02 GMT (7:02 EST?) at price 1,0273´8

EURUSD stopped at about 12:00 GMT (7:00 EST) 1,3382´8

This occured with 2 other brokers in US,. too (one of them doesn´t exit anymore since last summer)

To answer your questions, when I opened charts they worked.I had opened the chart and there were data for minutes(hours?). Now it is 1:52 PM GMT - you can calculate how long they didnt move.

NT 7.0.1000.11

No error messages at that time.
