    How to "Ungroup" Orders?

Hi there, this is pretty simple, but I couldn't find any info on this in the manual.

    Here's my example:

There is a "2s Buy S1" and a "2s Buy T1" --- how do I change it so I can manage both contracts individually?

What I'm looking for is 2 green bars and 2 red bars to manage, in other words, managing each of my 2 contracts individually instead of as an averaged group. How do I do this?

    Hello lllusion,

    Thanks for writing in.

If you have stacked orders in the Chart Trader you can separate them within the Orders tab of the Control Center
Press the + or - button next to the order you want to separate

If you wanted to be able to scale into a position with it's own Profit Targets and Stop Losses you could adjust your ATM Strategy Selection Mode
To do this right click on the Chart Trader and select Properties
Under ATM Strategy Selection Mode select Keep Selected ATM Strategy Template on Order Submission
This mode is designed for traders who by default, want to always create a new set of Stop Loss and Profit Target brackets (new ATM Strategy) with each new order placed.

Below I have provided a link to the ATM Strategy Selection Mode section of our help guide.

Thanks -- I made the ATM Strategy Selection Mode change and prefer it that way.

I'm still not understanding how to separate my stacked orders though.. is the button you're referring to up at the top by File, Tools, and Help? I see that one: http://i.imgur.com/m3zeeDb.png

When I click it, nothing happens though. I'm doing something incorrectly.

        Hello lllusion,

        Thanks for your reply.

It looks like you will need to enable the buttons
Please right click on the orders grid and select Grid> Properties
        Next check Increase and Decrease

Got it and just did that. Thanks.

I have another question. If I accidentally enter in an order with no strategy and it fills (so there is only the brown bar), can I edit that order into a strategy?

            Hello Illusion,

            Thanks for your reply.

If you have an open position without an ATM strategy you wouldn't be able to add an ATM strategy however you could manually add a limit and stop order to protect the position with the following steps:

            · Set strategy in the strategy selection drop down box to a value of <None>
            · Right click in the Chart Trader and enable OCO order placement by selecting the menu "OCO Order"
            · Then place a limit order where you want to exit at a profit
            · Then place a stop order where you want to exit at a loss
            · Then right click again and select the menu "OCO Order" to disable the OCO order placement

Now you have a target and a stop placed protecting your open position, and when one of these orders is filled the other will be canceled automatically.
