    Change chart Symbol from program

Any way I can change the chart symbol from within a program - I'm thinking I could get the window handle from windows api, send keys to do the change request (if the keys are recognized?), and do it that way??? But is there an easier way with an exposed method? Thanks, Ken

    Unfortunately this is not possible.

6.5.0.8: OK, what I need is keyboard hotkeys: 1) if NO chart is open the Alt-F,N,C gets a new chart open with the data series box open - good so far - just fill in the blanks and hit OK. Problem: 1) The tab order for Template is out of order, 2) No way to close the chart with the keyboard. 2) A chart is already open, Ctrl-F gets the data series box, fill in the blanks and hit OK. Great. Problem: 1) No way to close the chart with the keyboard. Submitted in the spirit of creating a great product: Thanks for your support, Ken

Thanks for your suggestion. Keyboard hotkeys are on our list of future enhancements.
