64Bit NT Failure

    64Bit NT Failure

    I have four i7 Win 7 machines with latest NT and an amp cqg connection. NT 32 bit runs on all machines with no issue. Only one machine however correctly runs 64 bit NT without a problem, the others under 64 won't run most of the indicators that run for everyone else under 64 bit.

    Where should I start to troubleshoot?

    Thank you for your note.

    To assist you I will need to look at your trace file from one of the computers that is not able to run indicators from 64-bit NinjaTrader.

    Please send this in an email to support[at]ninjatrader[dot]com.

    Do not post this file or any personal information to this forum.

    You will find the trace file on your PC in the (My) Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Trace folder.
    • The trace file will be named "trace.20130214.txt"
    • (for yesterdays trace the file will be named "trace.20130213.txt"


    In your email please add Attn: Chelsea ticket #792347 to the body of the email.

      I'm having the same issue , I'm running windows 7 pro 64bit and im not able to log onto CGQ through AMP but i don't know if it is me , the 32 bit ninja works fine . I don't know if this just started since this last Ninja upgrade or a windows up date , Im getting log in errors

        You will find your NinjaTrader trace file in the following directory:
        • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\trace\trace.20131014.txt


        You will find your NinjaTrader log file in the following directory:
        • (My) Documents\NinjaTrader 7\log\log.20131014.txt
