NT hangs when connecting to FXCM

I have 13 charts in my workspace. Each chart is a different Forex pair, and has 10 days of data. Whenever I connect to FXCM, NT hangs in the Data.Bars.GetBarsNow routine. Here is the last lines in the trace file:

I also attached a screen shot showing that it says it's loading data for $AUDUSD. If I go to Task Manager and kill the Control Center process, then NT stops hanging and asks if I want to save the workspace before exit. If I cancel that dialog, it then goes to the next Forex pair and tries to load data and hangs again.

I have done an Instrument Reset in the Tools/Options menu and restarted NT, but this still happens.

Can you help me get it to load my Forex charts without hanging? I am using v7.0.1000.11.

This hanging seems to happen when I try to load more than one chart's historical data at a time. If you right click a chart and select Reload All Historical Data, then click another chart and do the same thing while the first one is still loading, that's when it seems to hang for me.

Hi Kyle --- I have reproduced this issue on a clean workspace. I added 3 charts to a new workspace -- GBPAUD, EURAUD and EURJPY -- with no chart template or indicators on them. Each chart is a 15M chart with 250 days of data. When I first created the charts, it only gave me 5 days of data on the chart. When I connected to FXCM, NinjaTrader became hung and unresponsive when trying to load the GBPAUD data. I have to kill the process in Task Manager to stop it. I have attached a screen shot and the trace file for you.

So it was not the indicators on the chart... I think it's a problem with FXCM and/or NT core code when trying to load backdata.
